I have been wanting to make large prints of my art for a while now, but had yet to figure out the best way to ship them to people, so I decided to give these these mailing tubes a shot and I’m pretty happy with them overall!First off, these are exactly as advertised dimensions and material wise. They are made of thick, sturdy cardboard, which does appear quite safe and somewhat waterproof overall. I really don’t think these could be bent or crushed unless someone voluntarily steps on them or drives a vehicle over them. The end caps are made of solid plastic that stays firmly in the tube, which I’m also not too worried about, but would probably tape off just to be 100% sure. You get 12 tubes for 36$, so it comes down to around 3$ per tube, which is pretty average from what I have seen elsewhere. I have tried fitting an 11” x 17” test print into one of the tubes and it was perfect for it so all in all, these mailing tubes are exactly what I was hoping for. I have not sent one out yet, so I cannot speak on their durability, but judging from everything else I said above, I’m not too scared these will do the job just fine and as such, I would happily give them a positive recommendation.

These are as described. Each tube works out to be approximately $3 per tube which is probably a little more economical than if purchased at the post office. End caps secure. Cardboard is adequate for mailing. Time will tell, will need recipient to let me know if they hold up. Not taking a chance with the mail for a while till the strike settles down. Not much can be said, they are functional. Will need to seal with tape for security.
