These would have received 5 stars but since they don't have a screwdriver slots at the end of the thread (like any wheelbarrow hardware normally has) to hold during tightening I had to saw slots myself

All pieces fit where they should. Some kind of identification system and diagram would have been helpful but not necessary.

The bolts/nuts/washers are just what I wanted for my project to rebuild my wheelbarrow. They even included one extra nut. Just in case. This will be much better than trying to reuse my old rusty hardware.

Rebuilt my 30yr old wheelbarrow. Used all stainless steel hardware. This kit had the necessary pieces.One note, all carriage bolts. I need four hex bolts for the bracket and didn’t use these carriage bolts. They would work but wanted hex head bolt.

I had to return it because I needed one that is 5 1/2" long for my hose cart so I went to Lowe's and also got a washer for it

The neighbor tossed out their rusty, termite-eaten wheelbarrow. A couple of new handles, wedges, paint, grinding, and these bolts put it right. Only complaint is that it could use some nylon washers to hold the bolts in place during assembly.
