Missing hardware, trip to parts house made it work. Ball joints are poor quality, comes with grease zerks that can't be accessed once on vehicle. No zerks on tie rod end. Rubber boots don't fit rack on inner tie rods. Got what I paid for, expect to be replacing the everything again soon.
