Kindly note:

I purchased 2 of these. One for my fathers diesel heater which works flawlessly.And one for my travel trailer.My travel trailers converter went out and i installed this and everything works perfectly. Only downside is i can not charge a marine battery but thats fine with me since i am stationary. Just disconnect your battery and you wont have issues. Or you can install solar to the battery to charge it which is still cheaper than a 200$ converter

This is a decent general use power supply. You have to wire up a power cable (not included) to the terminal block. The terminal block has a line, neutral, ground and two each of -V and +V terminals. Next to the terminal block is a +V adjust potentiometer which allows you to adjust the output to get it closer to 12V if required.The description states that it has overload protection for greater than 15A, but then contradicts itself stating that if more than 15A is demanded then damage will occur. I did not test this claim myself, as I assume that I will probably break if overloaded.I ordered this to use as a power supply for a hydraulic actuated piston that operates on 12VDC, so a low intermittent duty cycle load (~3A) and it works just fine for that without getting too hot.

I purchased this AC to DC Converter because I have a small auto air pump that typically runs off a car battery. I wanted to make this small unit portable for airing tires that did not have a battery source available. It was simple enough to attach a lighter plug and electrical cord for a 120 Volt allowing me to plug the air pump into the converter. So I now have a very small portable pump that will operate on 120 Volt or 12 Volt when a battery is available. The Converter does an excellent job and the pump never ran better.
