This SPJIUQI 12V Dual Coil 2-Terminal Throttle Solenoid fit on my gas powered man lift after a few modifications for the mounting. I needed something that I could use to switch between high and low throttle, so using this solenoid, I was able to make something that worked. The solenoid move quickly if you are just actuating it with an on/off switch, but I imagine with a dial you could make it move slower. It is nice and strong and can move the throttle on a 24 horse power motor fine. I'd recommend it overall!

Now just to build a mounting plate for the solenoid! Appears well made, and works perfectly.
