Junk! Totally destroyed after 2 weeks of being set up. Had fastened down properly, along with extra support, and this thing Totally got destroyed as well as smashing all the vehicles I had stored inside of it.. what a huge waste. Destroyed the hoods on 2 riding lawnmowers, smashed the plastic off my expensive snowmobile, as well as my atv.The frame folded in a light wind, and destroyed itself and everything i had inside. Very unhappy. Wish I wouldn't have bought this. Customer support is non existent as far as I have seen. I would recommend not buying from these people

CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE 2/8/2025I contacted the company and explained the situation mentioned below. They were very professional, polite and quick to respond to messages. All they asked of me was some pictures. Even though it was past the 1 year purchase mark they still offered me a generous Partial refund. Due to my circumstances I asked if they would be willing to just send a new one instead and they accepted and its on the way.Now I know how to reinforce its 2 flaws it should last a long time. Customer service taking care of their customers and all the other PRO's vs CON's have definitely earned them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I waited before writing this because I think it's pointless doing it right away on looks only without testing. I have now had mine for almost 3 months now but in that time it has stood up to a beating.(Walls on, 1 side staked and weighted the other just weighted,no straps)The 1st storm was 16 straight hours of 65mph wind. The legs on the unstaked side sitting on concrete wanted to keep walking in different directions. Thought I was going to loose it for sure. But after tieing extra weight to each leg (cinder blocks) it kept the walls straight preventing it from twisting and keeping is structural integrity. The next morning I had to reconnect about 12" up from the ground on all 4 velcro corners, pull the walls back down the legs a few inches, and then give the legs a little adjustment. (1970 El Camino inside 100% )The 2nd storm the winds only reached about 50mph but there was rain. So I double checked everything and it was good to go. The storm lasted all through the day and the night. Next day I went to check on everything and all I had to do was fix the velcro again and minor leg adjustments. But then I went inside and the work table I had in front of one of the windows was wet. I couldn't find any rips or tares. It turned out the leak came from the velcro seal on all the window's. Water made it in 4"-6" past windows. The 3rd storm believe it or not Hail. Wecome to southern Oregon. Nothing outrageous but still big enough to crack the windshield on your car and was off an on for 30 minutes. After it was done no holes. There were many other storms between but Im showing storm type vs durability. There were also some shipping and handling problems along with more positive in pros/cons( !! UPDATE SNOW STORM 2/5/2025 !! )All was still good with the canopy aside from the roof starting to thin until,Two days ago my area had a some decent snow for the first time in years. After the first 2 inches the whole canopy collapsed coming down on the El Camino my son and I are restoring. I'm not talking about just a tarp tearing but the poles actually bending and snaping. We can't even assess all the damage due to the exterior only being primer coated and can't be exposed to the elements. It is being protected by the collapsed canopy and a tarp. It needs a new canopy to be repaired and quick. This is now a customer service issue. Lets see if this is a good company that will back their product and take care of the customer.I will change stars and give update if they do.Pros:1.. Easy setup, I built it with my wife and 2 of my boys in under 2 hours2..It is made from quality materials3.. Better price then most for the same quality received4.. Comes with bonus items that others make you extra for5.. It comes with 3rd optional 2 strap anker system (if can be used safely)6.. Heavy duty hardware7.. Customer storm testedCons: ( 2025 UPDATE #8 & #9 )1.. Individual leg mobility, If solid frame shape cannot be maintained it will fail2.. Leaking windows at velcro connection3..Velcro wall corner connections will not last year4.. Door requirs 2 people to roll up5.. Black stakes can be dangerous. They are long enough and strong enough to penetrate under ground utility's.6.. Strap and rope tie down: Although affective, we are not camping and still a tripping hazard.7.. Poor shipping and handling. Mine arrived with the back corner of the box ripped apart as a result of that my solar lights were destroyed and I had 4 crushed pole ends. (Had to be reshaped)8.. Roof thins and lets water seep through to the point of leaking after a year.9.. Frame structure cannot withstand any acceptable amount of snow weight that might collect.Suggestions for buyers and manufacturer:1.. Individual leg walk: similar to a chain link fence frame, add couplers to the bottom of the poll legs matching the above spacing for the sides and 1/4 thick strap to go across front and back so cars or whatnot can drive over it. This will let keep its structural integrity and give more secure way down points..2.. Leaking windows: just need wider/longer windows with more velcro surface area. I think they are leaking they barely connect when everything is pulled tight.3.. Velcro wall corners: they should be laced with para cord or something that could handle the wind or even being put up and taken down. Im going to have to put eye rivets through my velcro so I can use it to its full lifetime potential.4.. Role up door: add something rigid like thin PVC to the bottom so one person can roll it up on their own.5&6.. Black long stakes/strap and rope: both can be fixed with cork screw stakes. Like dog lead but smaller. They can be drilled in 24" from canopy without hammering7..Shipping and handling: All that can be done is the manufacturer could start doing better secondary internal protective packaging being this seems to be an ongoing problem. I would have returned mine due to shipping damage if I didn't need it the next day. That all being said and done. You will find that alot of the other company's out there have similar or even worse problems with their products. The most important thing is it is holding up and doing it's job so far. That's why I am giving it 4 stars.

This product came in two very large boxes but was very easy to assemble. The frame just snaps together and locks in place. It is made with quality metal tubing for the frame and the walls and roof are heavy duty tarp like material. It also came with solar powered string lights and a solar powered motion light that has a compartment built into the tarp like material which you can place in the front or the back as both ends have zippered and rollable doors that use Velcro to secure in the up position. I was able to assemble the frame by myself and my wife helped put the roof and side walls on to make sure we did not damage it as they are bulky and we didn’t want to snag them on the rocks. We have two vehicles inside with plenty of room to move around both to get in and out of the doors which you can see in the photos attached. Not only does this work well as a garage, but this would make an amazing weather proof gathering space for those family cookouts!!!

I purchased it back at the beginning of October 2023 to store the atvs and mower to keep them out of the winter weather, and it's just a pain in the butt trying to put on and take off individual covers for each everytime the kids and I wanna go for a ride. As for the carport the thickness of the tarp sections are adequate and fairly well made. The only problem I have as u can see in some of the other reviews mainly on the 2 ends with the doors is the size is not proportionate to the frame. I wish that the fit would have been alot tighter, every little bit of wind that makes it inside catches like a sail. As for the anchors that comes with it, well they are basically useless go ahead and order some that are substantial according 2 where you live. I live ìn eastern NC and have alot of sand. I originally ordered a 3 inch wide 18 inch long set of anchors for the two large straps that are supposed to hold everything in place ( also you will need to get something 2 tighten straps they have no adjustment I went with four turnbuckles and worked out great) also I had to get larger anchors for the four corner ropes. I've had it up now for about a month and it's been through 2 pretty severe storms already. Especially the the first one that caused all the destruction here in the south, my area we had gusts up to 45-50 mph. I would have to say that if I not had been home and not been able to get out there and help it through the storm it may have not been there when I got back home. All in all the tarp strength did its job but even with the upgraded anchors I purchased it still ended up about 8 or 10 inches over from where I originally set it up and was by no means square anymore. I had it almost perfectly square using a level on each pole and a digital range finder with all measurements within a quarter of an inch pole to pole, diagonal corner to corner. My son absolutely hates doing diy projects with me, lol. For him everything is always fine and good enough. I did use the the little tent pegs on the poles and all but maybe 2 were bent every which way when the canopy poles moved in the storm. The thickness of the frame held up nothing was bent anywhere that I could find but the paint is chipping in numerous places. The only other real damage caused was on the corners outside, the flaps that have the grommets to tie down the corners of the roof section with the rope and anchors completely ripped off at the seams leaving about a 6 inch hole. The sand bags included are not the best and they only give you enough for the corners, so that's another thing that you may want to order also. I only had the four provided in place at the time of the rough storm. I have since purchased larger ones for each pole. In the description of the product it shows an upgrade and in the picture it shows an extra piece at the peak of the frame that forms a triangle that would make the roof and the whole structure a great deal more sturdy and rigid. That lead me to believe myself that I was getting that upgraded framework. That certainly is not the case, I have no idea what that's about I can't find anything from that company with that so called upgraded framework. So that was very much a let down. Other cons of this product for me is the lack of grommets on the end sections with the doors there are very few, the sides should also have more attachments for the poles from top to bottom, on one of my windows the velcro is not sewn on correct all the way around so I can't get it 100% closed no matter how I try it has a 2 inch gap that the wind catches. I didn't receive the light strip that it said was included but it is only the cheapest of solar Christmas lights that can blink in different ways from what ive been told so that is a none issue for me. I guess time will tell im stuck with it now. Since I've made all the necessary changes and upgrades and spent all the additional money I think it may last a while, I'm sure hopeful it will anyway. I rarely do these reviews but felt it was necessary this time, I hope this is helpful to you all that's hung in there this long and still reading. If you're like me money's tight and that's why I purchased this and not a real permanent structure. Hope you can make an informed decision now, good luck. *UPDATE* Didn't want to change my original post but did want to say thank you to everyone at Sannwsg-US for reaching out so quickly and making 110% sure that everything possible was done to address my concerns. They were on it and in touch within 24 hrs.
