You will not get 20 miles with nothing but throttle. I got 10 miles with the peddle assist mode. I'm 150 pounds so if your under 100 pounds you might get 20 miles with peddle assist. Great compact bike though. Speaking with customer service which is very responsive. Will update if they can fix this issue.UpdateThe company gave me a partial refund but not the amount they said they would and dont respond any more. battery issues. Just beware if you have battery issues they can't not replace it.Another update. Company offered full refund but then offered a basket and pump. Don't need a basket or pump quit trying to offer me ways where you don't have to refund me my full money back. Sent me a link to after sales which doesn't work. The bike doesn't get the range you say it does at all unless your 70 pounds. Just send my money back the way you got it. The bike is basically a paper weight now

If I could give this company 10 stars I would.I bought 2 E-Bikes for my 14 year old twin granddaughters for Christmas and they love them. A few weeks after they had them my granddaughter call me and she had missed up her back tire. I contacted the company to see about getting her a new tire and they were very fast to respond to me. They were vey nice. They sent here a new tire and tube at no charge. I would definitely buy from them again.

Initially had an issue with the bike, but after contacting customer service, they walked me through diagnosing my bike step by step and after confirming the issue they offered to replace my bike !Very economical bike for easy travel great for adults and bigger kids alike

I love the fact u can fold it up & throw it in ur car if u wanna bring it with you anywhere. It’s an easy setup, I did it myself in like 5 minutes, great value for the money, battery life definitely lasts, we haven’t ran it dead yet, it’s quick & lightweight & would buy another again!

This bike is not good. It goes 10 or 12 mph and the batteries is terrible. Everything about it is terrible. I don’t care if they take this off.

The bike is ok and has fairly safe speeds. battery will last roughly 4hrs,3hrs with lights on. The only thing missing is a cup holder for drinks, other than that it's a good for 10-12yr kids but I do not recommend for adults. I weigh 130-140lbs and it seems almost too much for the bike to mobilize smoothly, presses the tires. I have not tested it in rain so I can't say if it is actually waterproof as advertised. Not even a month later the back tire has popped. They need more durable tires. Customer service is very helpful.
