This is a great fuel line kit. I replaced the fuel line for my auxiliary fuel tank in my pick up and I’m glad it has an on off valve.

Grabbed this stuff to use with lawn/garden equipment. I found the filter and valve too large to be used practically in any but one of the applications. I have serious doubts about the heat resistance of the filter's plastic body. I bought the kit mainly to get the hose and matching spring clamps and they both seem to be decent quality and work well.

This fuel system kit is a terrific value.It even has shutoff valves that you can install if you dont have one.Really appreciate the vendor for this kit.Everyone should have one of these in the garage so you can get cutting again when you have fuel system troubles.

Getting the valve in line is the only tricky part to this. And it is the reason I bought the kit. I can now shut off the fuel supply and easily remove the old filter or do other down stream fuel functions without having to capture the draining fuel or worry about the elevated fuel line (open end above the fuel tank) slipping off and causing and fuel spill/fire hazard.This also enables me to drain the fuel tank if needed, and shut the fuel off when not in use.
