Do not purchase!!! Bought this to use for streaming services like prime, Disney, Netflix, peacock, etc. “”“This device does not support those streaming services as it states in the description!”””Also device is laggy and very slow. Definitely outdated which is why none of the apps work. Pixel on screen is burnt out and shows up while using. Avoid this product!!!!I’m out $350+. Dave your money and buy an iPad and iPad Mount. That’s what I should of done and going to have to do.

Ok first i kinda though some funny business was up with this device. Hearing about the problem installing programs using google play.This is what i found and or confirmedIt not using android 10 but android 8.1 this would explain the problem with google play.In order to for this device to indicate it has android 10 the firmware would have had to been hackedi confirm that 2gigs of ram but his low for this devicei got the 32gb module but it actual had 25Gb4 cores 32bit max 1.608mhz max speedIt think it has a battery and it healthy--wrongresolution isn't 4K but instead 1080rk3288 chipset that suppose to be installed can decode at up to 4k 60 per vendor but the screen resolution is too low so your never see the benefits of itThis device is a bit misleadingThe chipset rk3288 was first release back in august of 2014.. at 360 dollar they are selling chipset that is 9 years oldThe mounting hardware works well.

Update:Product works great for everything. Some kinks related to Apple Airplay connection and the customer service people are on it, responsive and fixing in their next update.Great company!

Sinceramente, no la compraría de nuevo y no la recomiendo,lo malo de este producto es que no se puede controlar desde su app MY CAR LINK, (la actualice 3 veces)Al duplicar la pantalla se vuelve demasiado lento el sistema Android, esto genera un costo alto en consumo de datos.No se puede controlar el volumen desde la app ni duplicando pantalla, por lo que tienes que entrar menú>configuración>volumen, obviamente tienes que salir de la aplicación que estás usadoLo rescatable de este producto es el soporte de cabecera.En calidad de imagen es bueno pero no excelente.Los materiales son excelentes.

These are worth every penny. I like how you can change the color on the bottom as well. One person posted a photo claiming they came with remotes. Maybe that was a while ago but the description and mine did NOT come with remotes. Bought seat covers to hide the wires as mine are not hard wired to the vehicle yet.

Ordered 3 of those for each of my children to have one while we go on vacation for the long car ride. They arrived and we checked them to ensure they work, one has a black screen and will not work at all. It has power, but is a black screen. Pretty upset, as I will now have to choose which child gets to play with these and one will be left out.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.UPDATE- The seller reached out to me and corrected the situation. They believe the damage occurred as a rough transit/delivery of the TV. A replacement was sent and it works perfectly.

the Bluetooth signal is too weak , the sound is slathering because of the bad signal , so i have to buy 3.5 audio cable to connect it to the car stereo instead of Bluetooth connection . also the FM transmitter function has a hssssss sound because of bad signal as well .
