Steel cut easily on my CNC plasma cutter, also mills well. Overall not bad but if you need higher quantity probably dont buy it on amazon.

I exactly needed this plate in this size and thickness for cooking some of my dishes. Just throw the plate on top of coals and fry my steaks, or put it in an oven as a baking pan for pizzas (cut to size obviously). Plus, unlike steel plates, this will never rust. It will outlive me for generations.There are no bends or warps, was cut straight. Sharp edges but that can be fixed easily on my end.Highly recommended if you're a foodie and need something like this.

I got this to sear foods...put it on a grill, get it hot, and it works great (can withstand great heat).
