This kit is really handy for creating prototypes or custom components. These pieces aren't the same quality you'd expect in a published game, but the price and quantity make them a good value. For example, the cards are thin cardstock with slightly uneven rounding. They aren't made to last forever, but they're easy to write on and won't fall apart if you don't abuse them. Most of the stand clips are noticeably tighter on one side, and some of them have bits of flashing you might want to file off, but they're functional. The compact plastic case is pretty nice, too. It's just big enough to hold all the bits without making you work to squeeze them back in. A cardstock tuckbox protects the cards and a ziplock holds the thick stands, while the rest of the stands are just loose in the case.

Work as intended. Match description. Good selection of card stands. Comes in a case, and the included blank cards are a nice bonus although very thin.Con would be how rough these pieces are. Many little plastic nibs and rough edges. Would not use on any un-sleeved cards, or for the purpose of display. Fine for casual game use with cards that will be handled.

I've a huge game collection and I thought we'd use these more in our gaming, but so far we've only used a couple in a wargame, and went back to non-use as the "holder" was really too large for the "slotted" placement on our game board. I'm sure they will come in handy eventually in some games. The smaller (weird, as wider, but smaller!) clear circular ones only work on fairly thick cardboard bits, while the others are made for cards but can be stretched for the thinner "chits" that are made for most wargames.I believe if we were playing more Euro style games at this time we'd find more uses for them. The price seems quite reasonable for the lot, though I'm not sure how we'll ever use the blank cards as more of my games have spare blanks already with appropriate backing. The cards are actually pretty thin too. I do like the fact that there are six different color variations in the mix (well, 5 "colors" and clear), very nice for identifying standees for various factions or such in a game. The colored large square stands do open up quite a bit if stretched, so probably would fit just about anything from cardstock on up to actual Euro thickness bits.Funny these are just about exactly like the ones we used to make for D&D cardboard standees back in the day! I don't even remember where we got the plastic strips but they were very similar.

These little pieces allowed me to use really old cut out stand-ups for monsters and characters in my TTRPGs. For that alone these were worth the cost. As they're re-usable, they should last a long time unless lost. They worked well with cardstock and 1mm or so MDF.

Seriously awesome. Helped my daughter do a project where, big surprise, she got an A. I might be a little biased though...

It was fun to design my own game player piece to move around the board. I got to use my creativity, and I feel like that added to my enjoyment of the game. It's nice that there are so many stands in this set!
