Good player, great sound with better head phones than were included with the product ( my old headphones)the only other issue I have were the instructions looked as it they were for another unit, I'm still trying to figure the controls out.

Seems like this had really decent reviews when I ordered it. That has drastically changed and I am chiming into the chorus of "no good/did not work for me". It still had not exited charging mode after a day and a half of being plugged in, and the SIM card won't stay put. There are no instructions for "first time use" and the instructions that did come along could barely be read with a magnifiying glass. I emailed someone at an address given on the instructions to ask for some help with getting going, and, after a weird runaround, I got something like "This product is sold by the seller", most enlightening. Then they asked me if my problem was solved - bizarre exchange, really. Will return and resume my search, sigh.

It didn't stay connected to my computer. Had no idea how to work it . It only played three songs then it would shut of. Very frustrating. IT wasn't worth anything. Don't waste your time.

I wanted to like it. Really, it's just for music, and the price was reasonable. But then.....This mp3 player came with an sd card, and an adapter, which was nice.But then, we used it. The writing is yellow with a white ribbon for selection. Ever try to read yellow on white? Not very easy to do.And why are the forward and back buttons used for up and down? That's just weird.Battery life? Practically non-existant. Charged it all night, for it to play for an hour and a half then die.The Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, with the player in your pocket and earbuds in your ears. That's what, like 2 feet, max?So now I'm going to have to look into, and purchase, something to replace this, which we've had less than a week.

Completely disappointed! There's no instructions how to insert memory card and the player is poorly designed. Trying to go through menus and the up and down buttons only work for volume instead of moving the cursor. Tried multiple times to insert the memory card, it just pops out. What a piece of junk.

Not good for using connect by bluetooth. Less than 1 hr, the battery is gone.

After loading 85 songs on it, it would only play 5 or 6. The message was the songs were not bt-enabled. I loaded the same songs on another mp3 and they work great. It's a glitch with the bluetooth I guess
