My 4mm 14k gold studs are exactly what I wanted- the box they came in was very nice, and sturdy- much appreciated! These are every bit as good (I think they are identical in fact) to the ones I bought in a jewelry store for twice the cost. I lost one of those and needed to reorder and these are a perfect match! Now I have a spare!

Very thin and flimsy post, and also the post is much shorter than on regular adult studs bought at a jewelry store. Granted, these studs are inexpensive, but in my opinion not even worth the low price I paid for them. Will return immediately without even wearing them.

These small flat studs were exactly what I was looking for to wear when I didn't want to wear earrings to go out or to match an outfit. They are very easy to wear; small and very light. They are hollow, so if you are expecting some heavy, solid gold studs, these aren't them. But because they are hollow, they don't drag on the earlobe or hang down. Very shiny. Really like these.

Really great, got these for me, my daughter, and my mom. My daughter and I have sensitivity to metals, including some gold earrings. We've been wearing these for months with no issues, yes!One star off due to the nature of the back and the post. I'm assuming the posts were made slightly thinner to make these so affordable (not cheap, they are not cheapy looking or feeling).The backs (all three sets) are not snug on the posts and with the slightest pressure the backs will fall off. You could lose it by brushing your hair, tapping your ear while making a ponytail, and forget about pulling a shirt over your head or sleeping/napping with them in. I tested all the earing backs that I own, and all the back were way too loose on these skinny posts.I lost them twice before I ordered tiny plastic backings, used mostly for dangling earrings. Amazon (of course) has a 500 piece pack that's really cheap. Even with the tiny plastic holes, I had to sift through them to find the tiniest or tiniest openings for these. It was a alot of effort, but I love these earrings and they don't irritate my ears.

UPDATE 08/10/2019: I contacted the company regarding the loose backs and they sent me a new pair. They were in my mailbox yesterday, only two days after they said they would send them. I've never received a replacement so quickly. Fantastic customer service! The new backs are much tighter. Happy to feel secure wearing both pairs now.UPDATE 08/04/2019: I still love my 3mm studs, so much that I ordered a second pair in the 4mm size. Unfortunately, the 4mm's are not nearly as sturdy as the 3mm's. The backs are extremely loose and, after less than 2 weeks, one has already fallen out unexpectedly. Luckily, I found it. I will be returning the second set and am not sure about purchasing again. 50/50 odds of getting a good, strong pair of backs doesn't seem worth the risk to me even though the studs themselves are fantastic.ORIGINAL REVIEW 03/15/2019: I ordered the 3mm studs in rose gold and they are lovely! I already own 3mm round ball studs and wanted these to go with them. The subtle difference is exactly what I was looking for. I have been wearing them almost non-stop, including over night, since receiving them without any issues. The 3mm studs are tiny, which I knew and expected before purchasing and I would highly recommend these to anyone who likes minimalist jewelry.

I bought these earrings for an interview for which I need a very conservative look. Plain stud earrings are recommended and I did not have any. I got the 6mm size in rose gold, which suits my coloring best. The earrings are nicely made, nicely presented, small enough to not be too much, but big enough to be visible. I wore them yesterday and today, slept in them too, and they are comfortable enough to forget about. My ears are fairly sensitive, but I am not having any trouble with irritation. In short, this is a perfect pair of simple earrings at a very reasonable price.Update: I still love and wear the original pair, although one has a dent from being not carefully enough stored in my jewelry box. I won't make that mistake again. I now have three more pairs, the 3, 4, and 5 mm. I have 2 piercings in each ear (the 2nd in the right ear is about 6 months old so I still wear an earring in it all the time) and I most often wear the 3 and 4mm ones, sometimes the 4 and 5mm. The bigger pairs look a bit more professional and the smaller more casual. All are very pretty and comfortable and the backs are secure. I sleep and shower with them and have had no problems with sensitivity. Still a good value for 14K - though they are hollow which is why they should be stored carefully. I expect these will be my everyday earrings for a long time.
