I read somewhere else about a cat that liked playing with these, so of course I came to Amazon and found this item.I clasped one such that I got the hooks into the weave on each side (not just hooking the metal together) so it stays in a circle. Cat absolutely loves it, hits it around and even carried it away somewhere.Fortunately I have several more to dole out as treats!

My boys needed these for Civil Air Patrol. They worked just like the ones give to my husband when he was active duty military. This bundle was the cheapest I found, so we have plenty of extras.

I got these for my teen in JROTC. These work as expected for blousing straps. They don’t stretch out much which makes them a little tight. Quality seems the same as what I was issued in the military. I’m not sure on the value because they were always issued to me so I never paid for them. They hold up about the same as I remember.
