This dough slicer makes dough 0.02-0.2 inches thick and 3-15 inches in diameter with an adjustable thickness knob and wide rollers. It includes an 11.8-inch upper roller and a 16.5-inch lower roller for an easy dough rolling process. This pizza dough roller is perfect for home and commercial use.

16-Inch Max. Diameter

The top entrance allows you to place up to 8.7 inches of dough into the rollers. Two wide rollers make pizza dough up to 15 inches.

Adjustable Dough Thickness

Both thickness control knobs are equipped with clear, precise dials to adjust the dough thickness within a range of 0.7-5.4mm/0.027-0.21inch.

Two Stage Rollers

Simply place the dough into the feed opening and then reverses the direction of the dough so that it enters the lower drum and the dough comes out of the lower drum automatically pressed into a regular round shape.
