This blanket actually feels really good on me. It doesn't feel too heavy and weight is distributed really well. I'm only 5'8 but I do wish the blanket was a little longer. It doesn't cover my whole body.

I like sleeping under it. Feels very good. But if it slides off the bed it is very heavy to maneuver while half asleep . Definitely not a reason to not use it. Very soft too.

I’ve had some blankets that make me feel sore or have body aches the next morning. This one seems to distribute the weight nicely and keeps my warm and sleeping throughout the night

The removable & washable cover was the selling feature. I've read some say the blanket is so heavy it slips off the edge of the bed, but that hasn't been the case for me. I also read some were annoyed by the sound of the glass beads moving when you turn over, but I could only hear the beads slightly when I listened for it...and it certainly didn't wake me up nor was it annoying to me. I would buy this again. The weighted blanket was exactly what I expected.

Great addition and perfect for those cold nights. One thing I will say is the size is smaller than expected. I ordered a queen but the dimensions I received were more of a full/twin size. Other than that, great product.

Have you ever come home from work and just needed a big warm bear hug? I purchased this blanket and just received it today. It is incredibly comfortable and kind of like getting a hug. At 15 pounds it’s just right. Great as a throw for watching tv. or as a blanket. Really soft and well made.

The cover is nice and soft -- better than expected. But the blanket itself is too loud! Every time you move, the glass beads shift and make a noise like pouring sand.I had bought the blanket for myself so I could give my daughter my 12-pound blanket (more appropriate for her size), but I ended up giving her the 15-pounder because SHE can sleep through the noise. *I* can't.
