Your cart is empty.1.5” TC Bulkhead Compression Fittings are made of high quality SS304 and they are polished to perfection. Tri Clamp bulkhead allows you to add TC ports to any containers without welding, just drill a hole, and tighten the locknut with 2 high heat compatible silicone gaskets. The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut. tri clamp bulkhead compression fittings are suitable for kettles, beer kegs, cola kegs, soda buckets with a diameter less than 12 inch.

I'm still waiting on a punch before I can install this, but I got it to retrofit a 1.5" TC on my boil kettle for homebrewing. Machining on the adapter looks great; all surfaces seem to be highly polished and smooth. The included silicone washers are fairly thick (~1/8"). The included locknut's finish quality is the same a the fitting itself and threads on easily with no binding. I'll report back after I manage to get this fitting installed, but it seems to be a great solution if you don't want to weld or silver solder a TC fitting.

I wanted to add a tri clamp to a small brewing tank without having to weld it in place. assuming you can drill out a hole, this works great and no leaks at all since it comes with a nice sized “o” ring.
