All 6 screws are uncomfortably short. It's like they forgot to consider the thickness of powder coat. The Bolt is too short. Too short for a fox steering damper. They should charge half as much since you'll want to reuse the old bolt and have to run to the hardware store for new screws. The clamp halves are nice and robust.

I used it to mount the steering stabilizer on a JKU. It worked perfectly with an 1.5in OD track bar. Most steering stabilizers for the JKU have a 12mm clearance hole, I swapped mine with a 1/2 clearance bushing.

Bought this to mount a steering dampner on my jeep jk. Fits way to loose to clamp securely. I'll try and modify or return.

I had to remove the powder coating on my drag link to fit it but that’s to be expected. I was surprised to see threaded holes on both halves so a person could easily add another bolt and run dual steering dampers off this mount if they wanted. Nice.
