This item gets five stars simply because it is one of the only places you can find windshield washer hose clips. The dealerships usually have to special order them and they cost anywhere from $3-10 each.I used these on an aftermarket hood for my Scion tC. They are clearly intended for OEM metal hoods because, as you can see in the picture, there is not much space after the prongs. I had to cut the prongs in order to accommodate the thickness of the hood's fiberglass. When installed flush against the hood, they need to bend a little to clip in.There are other more practical designs of hose clips that could have been used, but like I said these were the best I could do in a pinch and they look clean. They are GRAY in color not BLACK, FYI!
