We used this to replace a liner in our koi pond. We had previously tried a cheaper material (PVC) with disastrous results. You will not be sorry if you spend more for this quality material.

I don't think you can accidentally damage this thing. It does cut easy when you need to cut it to size but that being said I don't think you can pierce it on accident. It's a quality liner. I just put it in August of 2019 and I will be buying another in 2020. Not because I messed this one up but because I didn't go big enough or deep enough. They always say that's the first thing you regret about making a pond is that you didn't go big enough. Take if from me, really decide on your size you want and then add more feet longer and deeper because once its put together you are going to wish that you had. I am happy with the length of the pond but I have to go deeper so I will be cutting the bottom of the pond out digging it deeper and then putting a new liner in.
