I ordered these to wear when shopping, I live in a place that has massive tourist traffic every year and have been asked for assistance in so many different languages I thought these would be a simple and fun way to give assistance. Nope, I couldn't have been more wrong. For starters it is a $59.99 yearly subscription after the three day free trial with other, more expensive options secondly the instructions are written in the tiniest font imaginable and requires a magnifying glass to see. Then the interface is not user friendly. As just earbuds for music they are below average and sound worse than the 99 cent ones at wally world. Overall these just aren't worth the hype. The phone features do not even work. Save your money and buy good ones.

This is a nice idea (translating phone conversations real time) and good hardware implementation with display of translations, but they charge for all translations. The cost is $7 a week or $60 a year.There's a short demo of translation from Spanish to your native language, and that's it. I couldn't use it to test the translation quality of other languages. The interaction involved short responses, so I couldn't test the quality of longer real-time translation.Contrary to the item listing, the available free trial is for 3 days, not 365 days, and they automatically charge you after that (and it isn't clear how to cancel.It is also very hard to read the quick reference guide due to the very small print. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it.I gave it two stars instead of one star because the hardware actually works, and the idea is a cool one, but only buy this if you're prepared to pay for all translation services. I'm also concerned that I was unable to test the quality of the translations.

For the price not a bad deal, and the translation works ok. I wanted it for the real-time translation. Mainly for Spanish.This works fairly well and there is a slight delay, the vendor claims a second, but it seems a little longer to me.The audio quality is nice, I could easily use for music if needed. The vendor claims 150+ languages/ dialects. There are quite a few dialects of certain languages, but I have really only been testing the Spanish, and for that I feel my time-kettle does a better job.However for the price of this vs. my time kettle I could live with the extra delay and less quality.I do want to note that it is a $59.99 yearly subscription after the three day free trial. Other options at higher price.

The earphones are of great quality and sound amazing. The earbuds fit snugly in the ear, do not drop with normal routine work or exercise.The sound quality is great too; the high and low frequencies can be easily distinguished, and it does not distort. I like the case with a display to control the media and view what is playing right now. The battery of earbuds is great and last several hours but the case itself consumes significant power on stand by hence you may not get overall long run.The translation feature is a bit tedious and very limited to get working, and honestly, I was not able to get it to work properly yet.The call translation would only work when you make a call from the AI app, and for that,t you may need to get another paid number from their app There may be an option to use your number as caller ID, but it might be hidden somewhere, in order to promote pthe aid number.You cannot use the translation on incoming calls, as the AI does not get triggered on incoming calls.There is no way to translate any other source, for example, when you are watching videos in another language.For face-to-face translation, either you share one earbud (which I would never want for hygiene purposes) or you need to keep the phone up for you and the other person to tap in the device. Why do I need earphones for that? I can just use the phone.I do have great experience with earbuds but not so good for AI translation part in earbuds
