Do not buy without first checking the EXACT number of the original solenoid of your generator. I have an ONAN CUMMINS 7500KWD generator and this solenoid did not work even though the seller said that the solenoid would fit practically any diesel generator engine. It will not work in any ONAN/CUMMINS.

Beware. Using on Onan gen set. This is NOT the same as my solenoid. Woodward part number matches, but control arm on new one is about 1" short!!!
