I got these for 1/4 lines off of 1/2. These are so difficult to insert that by the time you finaly get them in, the hole is enlarged and they leak. I had to cut all of them out of my main 1/2 line. In the trash they go. I originally got these because the pointy types can damage the opposite side of the 1/2 line if you aren't careful.

They work, but they are incredibly difficult to insert into the tubing.

It’s very difficult to insert (compare with product from other brand). Price is good but I don’t recommend if you’re not strong people and don’t need a lot of them.
