This is very nice rope. I haven’t tested the strength to its max BUT this is a very nice spool of sturdy rope.

I use this rope for a number of differing applications other than what it is intended for due to it's strength.I utilize this rope for hoisting and securing radios in advance of hanging them onto towers.These ropes are pretty tough and they don't stretch under moderately heavy loads.The package is a good deal overall and they serve my needs adequately.

It's decent. However, I would only use it in rigging where a failure would not risk human life or limb.Certifications: It’s CE-marked per EN 1891:1998 — the standard for mountaineering and rescue ropes, but with no marked Year of manufacture, strength, serial or traceability codes, I'm a bit suspect. Listing those on the label is a requirement of that spec that it claims.

I ordered this tope to do tree work on my lot. When trees are close to a building I like to apply tension with a rope to insure it falls away from the building. This rope is perfect for the job. When it says 5400 lb break strength, I believe it! It is heavy duty and feels almost as strong as a steel cable. If you have need of a durable rope, this is it!

This rope is very sturdy and rugged. Its just as described. This rope doesn’t stretch so you might be able to tow a small car in an emergency.
