This "15L (4 Gallon) Compact Collapsible Laundry Basket" is extremely helpful, and I can't even express how nice it is to get the basket off the floor. We have cats, and the floor in our bathroom needs to be swept multiple times daily to keep the litter and cat hair under control. Picking up a laundry hamper is a small thing, but when you have to do it every time you sweep, it gets annoying. It feels very sturdy, including the collapsing panel. I'm not sure how long it will hold up under use, though. I'm not expressing doubt; I simply don't have enough data to form an opinion. I won't have much need to collapse it because the basket fills so quickly there's no point, but another person's mileage may vary. I do love how low-profile it is when it's collapsed, though.I was dubious about the adhesive wall-mounting strip, because I've had terrible luck with these things lately. Turns out the problem with all these items has been me: Regardless of what it says on the instructions, let the adhesive on the holder set for a day before hanging anything on it. I did that with the laundry basket, and right now it's hanging on the wall very solidly with a full load in it. I don't know how long that will last if the user kept the basket on the hooks while pulling it open from the collapsed position, but I don't intend to test it.A sidebar about wall-mounted laundry hampers in general: This is an excellent idea for small spaces, for someone who doesn't have much time to clean floors, or for a person who wants to reduce as much friction as possible in order to make cleaning easy and automatic. It's probably also great for bathrooms or laundry rooms where an automatic floor vacuum travels. I might never have known about it if this particular one hadn't shown up in my "suggested for you" Vine items.###Note: I rely heavily on reviews for my purchases, and I give honest reviews in return, whether the items are free or paid for. I hate being responsible for junky consumer landfill, so I order only what I can really use, and only if the listing and the seller's main page pass the sniff test. So if it seems like I give an unusual number of positives, it's because I'm very selective about what I order in the first place. I hope this review is helpful, and thank you for listening to my TED talk.

This clothes hamper is working out for me. I do weekly laundry of night clothes, whites and t shirts. Before this product, I've been either tossing the laundry in piles or sometimes into a small collapsible, stackable fabric 'cube', but it was wearing out. After a couple of weeks use of this hamper, I can say the following. It is well built and reminds me of the old Tupperware products. They were a cut ahead of other plastic-ware. As someone else mentioned, the tape is extremely sticky, that's great for holding onto the wall without using screws. However, the tape stripped off the paint when I moved it to a new position. Oddly enough, the old adhesive (even with the paint stuck to it), is holding tight in the new location. I did mount it in my walk in closet in an area that won't show. Because when I pull it out, it will likely take dry wall with it. It holds all of my clothes (but not jeans, or sweaters), so the size is perfect for my needs. Overall, I'm not sure if I would change anything. Perhaps the plastic is a little hard, and I might go for a softer version that feels more like silicone. Otherwise, it is easy to hang, mount, take off, empty, carry to the laundry room, bring it back empty and slide back on the plastic wall mount held by the super, paint stripping adhesive. This product is a YES

This review is for the 22L Collapsible Laundry Basket and Space-Saving Hamper, Wall-Mounted Clothes Organizer. We ordered this laundry basket to put in my boys' bathroom, thinking it'd be good for them to throw their clothes and towels in before a shower. I ordered the large size and when it arrived I had to double check my order. The dimensions are listed ,but the photos make it appear much bigger than it is, so much that I'd say they're intentionally deceptive. As it is, it's too small for our intended use. It would probably hold 1-2 day's worth of clothes, which is not very useful to us. It might make a good office trash can, but for that purpose it'd be overpriced and without a lid.If you just need a hamper for a small space maybe for hand towels it'd be ok. Otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

Now this is a cool item! If you have a cramped laundry room, and find that hampers and baskets get in the way, try this device out. It holds a decent capacity, folds out of the way, and some versions have an extra shelf which you can use for undergarments like the product images show - or put your keys and pocket items in it while changing. It is a really good space-saving item and useful for more than just laundry. You could store art supplies in it too, or use it to hold items that are charging so they aren't on the floor. The value is decent - if you need more space, then the value seems a lot better. It gets 5 from me because it solved a long-term problem.EDIT: I should also mention something - there's an included hanger for this bin. You can take the bin off the wall easily when you need to. So you could use it as a mobile expandable container as well!
