These are great! They're essentially compacts that have an inkpad inside, and that works great so that your ink doesn't dry out or anything. You can't lose the lid because it's attached to the case!They come in a resealable bag and I didn't have any issues with any of them. All of the ones I tried gave great prints. If you need to do a LOT of fingerprinting this will definitely have you covered.

I’m a signing agent so these are needed for some of my signing appointments I complete. And they dont get stuck to the clients fingers when giving their fingerprints. They wipe right off with ease and give clear fingerprints and don’t dry out either. And I love how small they are so you don’t have to travel with a huge ink pad
