This product (so far) seems to be holding up well after several storms. Some of the Q&A answers seemed to indicate that it's OK to put right on top of grass, but it is best to place on a very leveled surface. I used it to build a solid surface for an outdoor storage (see picture) and I could tell that the slightest unleveled area would make it considerably harder to fit the pieces together (and they would not stay locked in). However, once you have a leveled surface these are fantastic. Super easy to build and they have so many options for colors. I highly recommend this product, provided you have the budget to invest on a premium brand/product like this.

Very easy to install, and they look great! A bit expensive but they are well made in the USA, and had free shipping. I bought 30 boxes of 10, and not one single tile was damaged in shipment. Highly recommend!

Started a project using newtechwood products. I have never been so frustrated. First massive and very expensive order was about 60% broken. Edges are unprotected. Had to order more while my replacements are being processed because I had to finish the job in a timely manner. The new batch came in and guess what? Broken broken broken! At least half of them were broken.It's too late to tear it all down and start with another project, so now I am stuck having to order from this company that has a group of managers that constantly fail to oversee operations in their shipping department. Having it sent to Home Depot is no different, they arrive broken.Buyer beware, I hope you don't have to experience what I did. Here is a scenario where sending replacements means nothing because they will be broken. DO NOT ORDER SIDING from this company, they are careless at best. Over-tightened straps and ZERO protection. They boxes come in 3 pieces each. 100% of the boxes have the top and bottom pieces broken. You can't use them, the ship/lap style lips don't slide in the overpriced clips because they are cracked and product weight will only further the damage and/or make the item fall off, rendering your project useless in its entirety.My star rating is actually 0, but 1 is the minimum allowed. SHAME ON YOU NEWTECHWOOD. Careless management and ownership. Ship yourself a set of siding and check your packaging. SOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
