Completely disappointed!!! This company should be ashamed to put out a product so poorly made. Out of the 16 bottles in the case, 6 of the lids broke as I was screwing them on. The lids do not fit properly and It is almost impossible to get the lids on straight and most of the time I couldn't tell it wasn't on straight until the lid broke.

The pitchers were adequate but the packaging was flimsy at best. Out of 16, 3 were smashed.Product works but not satisfied with the condition in which they arrived.

The glass jars come with cheap plastic lids. They are so cheap that they won't stay on the jars. You pick it up by the handle on the lid, and the jar separates from the lid. So you end up with a jar of syrup on your plate. If you try and tighten the lid more securely, the lid cracks. Sixteen useless items.

All the categories listed above are just fine; however the lids are a cheap plastic and four of the lids were broken (I had also bought the set of four to make 20 total, so the broken tops may have been from both packages). I honestly don't think the lids will last very long. We needed them for an event, so we needed to keep them and use the dispensers that were complete.
