Its causing mold on my shoes for some reason. I've cleaned around the area and have separated some of my shoes and only those have had mold on them. Need to see how to return. Its been since February 2025 that I ordered it.

This is a great shoe organizer. It holds a lot of shoes and some boots. It's lightweight, but sturdy. I didn't want the kind that hangs on a closet rod. My shoes are too heavy. This is perfect and I'm very happy with it. My husband wants to get one too.

I ordered 20 pair Adjustable Shoe Organizer Chest by FBBABB and it is exactly as it is pictured and what I needed.The organizer came unassembled and required some very minor assemble which took me 5 minutes or less. The shoe organizer chest is in fact adjustable in that you can remove or move some of the dividers to make room for shoes, heels, or boots of different sizes, which I did with mine. When I had finished filling the finished product with my flats, tennis shoes, heels, and boots, I put the lid on it and closed the flat lid with velcro strips.While this is a very nice, very large (27x17x13 inch) shoe organizer that to me resembles a large chest, I must also admit that it is only made of a very sturdy, heavy grade of cardboard which has been covered with a heavy grade of polyester.And, to keep from moving it so much, I have accordingly placed my shoe chest in a location that I will not have to constantly move it. But, if I did have to move it, it would be simple with the 2 handles on each long side, and 1 handle on each shorter end side.So, when I take everything into consideration, I still really like this shoe organizer chest because, it has helped me put 20 pairs of shoes neatly into it, instead being of all over every where.And so, I can still easily rate it a 4.7 out of 5.

I got this shoe holder because I needed something for my shoes that I can put on a shelf . Although it's a nice shoe holder, you really don't want to move it around too much because the item is made with heavy cardboard and bends the slots out of shape. I wear a size 10 women's shoe so I figured that I wouldn't fit a pair per space and I was right. I don't mind storing fewer shoes, this shoe organizer works well for my needs. I am quite pleased with it. This organizer looks good on my shelf. Decent value for the money.

The organizer is a good size. It does not come with instructions for assembly. It only holds shoes without heels. My wife was able to out heeled shoes in individual spaces. It is not super strong, and the lid barely fits. It does the job.
