It’s alright. Pretty solid battery life. One thing I would change about it is the on/off button, it’s far too easy to turn on. I also don’t particularly care for the way it cycles back to 800 lumens each time you turn it back on.

This flashlight is really nice. It is way more sturdy and heavy than I thought it would be, it feels like the whole thing is made of metal. The clip feels very durable too. The flashlight is very bright with 4 different settings, 100 300 800 1600. The blacklight is really cool too, I had no idea how much dust sits on everything and how many stains are on tabletops that you can't see normally, it makes you realize how dirty your house is :D The laser is also powerful enough that I can use it to point out stars at nighttime. To be honest this was a completely impulsive buy and I didn't actually need it but it was "free" with how many points I have and its a pretty sweet little gadget.

So I seen an advertisement for a flashlight that was an EDC and because I own a home inspection and property management inspection company I figured I should probably have a less cumbersome one than I have now and something that offers me options with being reliable as well. The advertisement I seen had the light listed at a little over $100 so I copy and pasted the title of the advertisement and added it into Amazon and after searching through many different options, I figured I would give this one to try since it’s only around $35. I don’t know how hot the aluminum casing will get after or during extended use of the light but if it is unmanageable, I will definitely come back here and update. I would recommend this to anybody that needs one for daily use. While it is a little bit heavy to carry in your pocket everywhere you go. If you did, though it would not be out of the realm of possibility.SO ON THE HIGHEST SETTING IT GOES BACK TO 800 AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 10 seconds and there is no way to lockout the power button, so the lightest touch of pressure will activate the light.

Overall I like the flashlight, extremely bright on the highest setting, I love the built-in strobe feature, as well as the laser pointer. Battery life has been excellent so far. The magnet is weaker than I was hoping for, or maybe the light is just too heavy for it to hold on the underside of anything. Speaking of weight, this thing is built like a tank (in a good way) I would have liked to see the edges "melted" a bit more. Because it is squared off it is a bit bulky in a pocket, and the weight is somewhat substantial. One thing to note is the lack of a safety to prevent accidental power-ups. The button is flush with the case, so it is difficult to have it come on in your pocket, but it has happened to me. Overall, for the price, this is a great EDC flashlight.

I have been intrigued by the hype around Olight's Arkfeld line of flashlights but unwilling to spend the money on that style of flashlight. Then I found Kcism "version" at a much more reasonable price. I am pleased with the flashlight. It is surprisingly weighty for its size, with adjustable brightness from very dim to super bright. The laser works well and the UV light is an actual UV light - it detected some finger nail clippings buried in the carpet in my hotel room upon check-in (which resulted in a call to the front desk to have my room serviced).

Pictured inside during the daytime on the 100 lm settting. So far the KCISM flashlight has been excellent especially considering the price. I might have gone with the orange one however this black one was twenty dollars less, so black it is. It does seem a bit on the heavy side. On the other hand I got more then 12 hours of run time on the 300lm setting the first time I used it. It is very bright on the 1600 setting. The LED readout showing the lumen level is interesting, even if not absolutely necessary.
