I question what the pan is made of. It feels & weighs more like aluminum than stainless.I have a number of stainless pans that I cook with such as All-Clad, Cuisinart, Viking, and Pampered Chef, so I know quality cookware.

Beautiful roaster! Can't wait to bake ribs in it. The price was a very good value and the quality is excellent. Roaster is a good size for a turkey, ham, or other roast. I needed a roaster with handles that is safe for loading into my oven as my hands don't work as they did when I was younger. Thanks!

This replaces my Pampered Chef. Love the big handles and that it comes with roasting racks. The bonus is that it is lightweight.

I liked that this pan's construction is stainless steel. I don't have to worry about it leaching or pitting. I used it this year for my turkey on Thanksgiving. My turkey was 20lbs which fit comfortably in this panI love it!!

The pan was made with high quality steel but I wish it was longer and a little higher to roast my turkey. Other than that, I love it.

This pan was the best roasting pan I’ve ever used. I was nervous because of the size but it perfectly fit in a 22.90lb turkey. And to clean it was washed and done in less the 3 minutes. Very happy with this

This is a perfect roasting pan for a thanksgiving turkey or a Christmas roast. I got the small size pan which will fit a 12-15lb turkey after seeing the size I am thinking maybe I should have gotten the larger size that would fit a 18lb turkey but the roasting pan and racks are really sturdy and love the deep sides and sturdy handles for easy handling. I am looking forward to having a pan this year that will hold the turkey and all the drippings . Much much better than those flimsy aluminum pans that are good for one use before you toss. if you purchase this pan you will not be disappointed just make sure you get one for the size turkey or roast you plan on cooking.**update after thanksgiving. I still like it and glad I got it but there is a problem the chafing fuel cans will not fit under the chafing pan to keep it warm while it will fit it is so close the flame can not burn and you have to rely on the heated water you put in to keep it warm with out the fuel cans keeping it warm for that reason I down graded it to 4 stars
