This little sander is cheap enough to make for a great gift, and I'm still discovering all of its potential applications a few weeks into having it.It comes with a removable battery and (proprietary) AC adapter for charging. The battery slides into the sander with a satisfying, Dewalt-like "click". A two button trigger ensures no accidental presses.The sander comes with quite a few sandpapers of varying grit. They attach via Velcro.So far, I've used this on my son's derby car for Scouts and sanding off plastic bits on my golf cart to get a more solid surface to attach lights to. The compact size let me access a surface inside the wheel well of my golf cart that would otherwise not be accessible with a larger sander.

Just got this today and really needed to use it today! And UGH! The charger for the battery is not for US plugs - it's for a European charger. This stinks!!

Amazing! I bought this without a single review and so happy I did. I wanted something small I could use for a few projects around the house, without having to drag out my husbands huge sander. This little guy is amazing. Works great for sanding walls, cabinet doors, I even used it to remove some gunk that was stuck on the floor that I couldn’t get off for years. I used it for about 3 hours on and off, working on one piece and it never died so I say battery life is pretty great.

The item itself is great. I dropped a star because it does not look like the charger is charging. It looks like there should be a light on the charger itself when it is getting power. Plugged in to the wall and plugged in to the sander, there is no light on the charger. I guess we will have to wait until the battery runs completely down and plug it in to see ofnthe charger is actually working.

Great sander! I was looking for a smaller, handheld sander and this ended up being prefect! Works great and does the job well! Can't beat the price either.
