No directions on how to hook it up and the "Menu" doesn't work!!How do I return this!!!!?????

Could not get to the setup page. Could not navigate to insert password for internet network. The only customer service is an E-mail. It said I had to connect with my network. It wanted me to insert the network password, but I could not navigate to it. Also, when I turned it on, it never went to the setup page and I could not navigate to get there. Then it suddenly went on and I got cable reception, which was fine. The fact that I finally got cable reception without ever going to the set up page makes me think this was a return. So far so good, but it should not have taken hours to get it going and not know why it did not set up right away, and why it suddenly worked.I never had problems with TVs before. I recommend sticking with the established known brands like Sony, LG, Samsung and Toshiba, but 17" TVs are a bit hard to find.
