3.These Bulbs can work with most vehicles without error, but for some European vehicles equipped with CANBUS systems, bulbs may not light up or flicker first installation(it's not the quality problem), it may require to mount a decoder or Load Resistor to avoid the error code or blinking.
4.These bulbs don't fit for Volkswagen, Hyundai Sonata, KIA K3 and K5, some newest or European vehicles.

Light output is close to a match. That is actually kind of degrading to the match.Not even enough to blend all the leds.Color changing is functional.Others have mentioned for show use. Maybe if your trying to impress your high school friends.
