Your cart is empty.17mm hex wheel adapter set with +5mm hub extensions and serrated captured wheel nuts for 1/8th scale HPI Savage vehicles using the HPI Warlock wheels with 17mm hex hubs. This kit fits many of the vehicles in the 1/8th scale Savage line using right-hand threaded M5 wheel nuts, including, but not limited to, the Flux HP, Savage XL, and Savage X vehicles. This set features an optional wheel support ring for specific use with the Warlock 17mm hex hub wheels. For use with the Warlock 17mm hex hub wheels, the slots in the wheel support ring engage the webbing on the back of the wheel to provide additional support to the wheel. For use with wheels besides the Warlock 17mm hex hub wheels, the support ring may be either flipped over or removed altogether, with no consequence to performance or vehicle track width

Specs show this working with left hand thread outboards. While the kit includes the left hand threaded bushings, they did not have the hex machined in them. The fix is to use right hand thread outboards available here.https://a.co/d/dA2RIFvModels after the SS 4.6 included all right hand outboards so this kit will work out of the box.

Installed it on my Savage Basher. After running for 10 minuites one of my wheels fell off and Game Over. The allen spacer screw that secures the hub and pin got loose while running and the pin got lost. I was going forward and reverse and the torque got the wheel loose. I wasn't even putting the throttle down. Came with 4 right handed threaded spacers and 4 left handed theaded spacers. Used all of my right handed spacers since the screws that hold the hubs were all right handed. Bad design overall.

they work with other 17mm wheels also, but the purple hub re-enforcement will have to get left behind

Purchased these for my savage 25 ss... Great hubs, but the reverse thread nuts were not included, basically rendering them useless to me. Now I had to order new stub axles from ebay to even get these hubs to work. It is almost impossible to find that style reverse thread nut that will fit inside the hub

Highly recommended!!! It’s awesome. It keeps your stock HPI tires from stripping the hex. And it allows you to reuse ♻️ your old stripped out 17mm hpi tires. I ordered a second set because there worth every dollar.You can also use other wheels with this conversion. 10/10
