I bought 2 kits for 2 different motors. Both leaked at the red valve. Don’t buy make sure to get a factory one.

Red switch part didn't fit properly but I was able to rob the part with the small barbed fitting to repair mine.

Parts do not fit together as should. O ring does not seal or even touch sides. Falls out. Contacted Amazon and was sent replacement, which arrived next day, Great job Amazon on delivery,. However the 2 nd one is the same as the original. Now to wait for arrival from a different seller make a trip to return both pieces of junk. Others reviews are the same. Do not waste your time or money on this product. Should be less than one star.

The o-ring is too small for the slot and doesn't seal properly. Replace the o-ring with a slightly larger (thicker guage) one and it works. Also, I ended up using the red valve with a larger o-ring in the old housing and it works for now. I don't have any confidence that it will last very long.

Install on 70 hp 1989 Evinrude fit perfect have not been able to run engine at this time. But see no reason why it want work.
