they feel nice and are fairly thick but they pull easily. I live alone and the 4 that I've used already have several threads hanging from them, like they've been used for years or purchased from a thrift store. not impressed. I wish reviews were more helpful. I didn't notice any complaints about this issue and my previous washcloths that I've used for several years had no pulled threads. not one. I'll likely replace them before the year is out. /
