There is a lack of instructions for assembly. That is not normally a problem for me, but it took me far too long to realize I could not get the fan fully together because I was missing the arm. All I got was the wall plate, a short angle piece and the fan itself. Now I will have to deal with disassembling what I do have packing it back up and then all the hoops of the return process.

This fan moves air pretty well, but there are certainly issues.1.The power cord is too short.2. Since this fan is intended to be installed on a wall, consider it would most likely be placed up high.The control box cord is way too short, you have to be over 6' to reach it!3. Perhaps add text somewhere in your description that this is intended for cement wall installation, or perhaps include the proper screws so it's ready to install on normal wall installation.4. When turning off the fan, you also have to toggle the oscillation switch to the off position or it stays in motion even with the fan offRidiculous design flaws, who thought this was a good idea?

Cools off my little space in minutes easy to install, easy to use, the controls are on the cord and hangs down a few feet from the fan. So if you are installing it more than 10ft in the air and you want to change the settings often keep a ladder near by , 6 settings low medium and high. Same for the oscillating settings
