Let me start by saying thanks to Sophia and the whole NBvoice team.My wedding day is June 14th so I ordered system .I received the two very large packages in 3 to 4 days incredible!Upon receiving the packages we hooked everything up and found there was a slight issue with the amp and one of the speakers. We figured out a way to get it work sometimes and the sound was amazing! There is nothing else in this price point that sound’s better!After contacting customer support they responded in a matter of a few hours.We tried to figure out what the problem was ,it seems as though the plugin for the amp was loose causing it not to connect all of the time.I thought I was stuck sending the system back with these super high shipping costs.I thought I was pretty much stuck with what I had .I reached out again and sent Sophia pictures of the issue a few hours later I received a response from her letting me know they were going to replace the problem without me having to return the old and eat the shipping costs, unbelievable!The whole NBVoice team was exceptional they actually cared about me ,making sure my wedding gets off without a hitch.I can’t say enough about the excellence in customer service !
