I ordered these Poly Bag Sealing Tape specifically to seal bags of cookies that I was gifting. These do a great job. I sometimes will tie a ribbon around the same point, but the tape ensures the bag won’t pull open prematurely. I also like that it comes in 3 different colors, which actually look sort of Christmas-y, perfect for when the holiday season comes along. Do I really need 18 rolls though? I don’t think so. Should last me a long, long, time, I’ll tell you what!

This product is essentially colored cellophane tape, sold as an assortment of three different colors: red, green, and blue. The rolls use a standard 3" core that is compatible with most dispensers (although the tape works fine without one). Some rolls had difficult-to-use tabs for starting -- they seemed to be embedded in the edge. Putting aside that issue, the tape was easy to cut, adhered well to most surfaces, and could be removed without damage. I'm currently using the product to secure the ends of old reel tapes and 8mm home movies. It also works for color coding and should have more than three colors in the package to improve this functionality.The tape can be written on with a permanent ink marker with little risk of smearing. I tested the seller's claim that it's heat-shrinkable and found that to be true -- although it tends to melt slightly and become deformed. At a cost of about 86 cents per 5.46-inch-long roll, this versatile item is a good value.

The description says 1.2cm in width but it’s only 1cm. The quality is terrible! Save your money and buy from someone else!
