The parting line from molding the knob still had flashing on it when they chrome plated it, making a razors edge. Attempting to remove the sharp edge ruins knob. Also it has anti rotation feature that tolerance for the shaft with a flat and the stationary part that is mounted is not correct in the slightest, binds and sticks horribly, threw away. Went and bought a cheap generic one local works better anyway.

Really good quality choke cable. I put it in my 1937 Packard. It looks just about stock. Works well to.
