While I think the charm itself is really cute, beware of the jump ring opening up and the horn charm falling off! The 1st one I bought fell off and was lost after wearing it for only 2 days! I re-ordered the charm and the same thing happened again(after about 3 or 4 days) butt fortunately it fell onto my bedroom floor and did not get lost like the 1st one so I was able to replace the failed lost jump ring with a sturdier one and have been wearing the charm continuously ever since. On a more positive note, the price, quality/appearance and delivery time are all on point!!

I got this italian horn for my husband for Valentines Day and when he opened it, it was tarnished and looked like crap. [...] This is not real sterling silver!!!! TRUST ME!!!
