The most common application of nitrous oxide by far is whipped cream and these canisters are perfect for that. But whipped cream is just one of many 'culinary foams' you can make with your dispenser. I'm an amateur chef and make all kinds of fun foams out of hollandaise, bearnaise, demi glace and all kinds of savory sauces.All you need is your favorite sauces, an exciting entree and some N02 to add the foam.

I have an OSJCOOK whipped cream dispenser, and a few different regulators, and was quite happy to find these tanks work perfectly with both of my regulators, pressurizing my whipped cream dispenser quickly and easily.Using large tanks like these is so much more efficient (and cheaper) than using those small single-use cylinders. Doing the math, each tank should be good for about 80 fills and should be good for at least a 25% cost savings (roughly). Sounds good to me!Quality seems excellent, and no complaints whatsoever! 5 stars.
