When I ordered this, I honestly just hoped it would last a while. We’ve got two kids and a cat, so the purifier runs most of the day. This filter is the one-pack version, but it definitely holds up. I put it into our Shark unit in the hallway, and the air quality improved noticeably within a day or two.Installation was so simple, which I appreciate—I don’t have time to fumble with complicated steps. It just slid right in, no tools needed. I love that the filter includes a carbon layer because pet smells and cooking odors are pretty common in our house. I got a new filter for my Shark HC502 air purifier. I feel happy with how it works. It fit my machine good and was easy to install. I just took out the old filter and put in the new one. The package was safe, and the filter came in good condition. I could use it right away. After one or two days of using it, I saw a change in the air quality. The air feels fresh, and bad smells from cooking or pets go away faster. This filter works well to catch dust and allergens. It helps my family a lot, especially during allergy season. I like that it can last 6 to 12 months, depending on how much I use it. This is convenient and saves money. It is a good choice for those who want to save money on filters. I do not see any drop in how well it works. It works as good as it should.If you have a Shark HC502 air purifier, this filter is a good choice. It helps the purifier work well and keeps the air in your home clean. I will order this again when I need a new filter.

Shark makes awesome products and machines and the air purifier is as good as you'd expect. The filter that came with the machine did a great job of cleaning the air and lasted a very long time. That being said by an official replacement filter is pretty expensive so I was looking for alternatives and this filter filled the need. This filter was a perfect fit inside the machine and the filter is the same size as the OEM filter. So far ao good as it seems to filter everything out just as well as the original Shark filter.This is one is shaped and sizes precisely like the OES shark filter. My air purifier seems to work exactly as before without any extra power needed. This is the perfect option for replacing the Shark filter.

I’ve been looking for a filter that actually makes a difference in the air quality at home, and this one really surprised me. Swapping it out took less than five minutes and I didn’t need to grab any tools or ask for help. I could tell after just a few days that it was working because there was way less dust building up on furniture and I didn’t get that weird smell when cooking bacon in the morning. Been running an air purifier in my office for a while now, mostly because the air gets stale and I tend to snack a lot while working. Got this filter recently and put it in my gray model. I had cooked bacon earlier, and the smell was lingering even with the window cracked. After installing this filter, the room cleared up pretty quickly. This is the replacement filter used in my daughter’s room where we run the air purifier nonstop because of spring pollen. The filter fits into our purifier, no issues there. It’s got three layers: an outer fine mesh, a spongy middle part, and an inner layer with lots of pleats. I like the outer mesh feels kind of delicate but sturdy. I can literally see it trapping stuff like dog hair, dust, and those tiny bits floating around. After a couple of weeks, the top of the filter gets this grayish layer of gunk, it’s doing something. I take it outside, give it a good shake, and brush off the visible dirt. Compared to the original filter that came with the purifier, this one seems just as good at catching stuff. It's helping keep my daughter’s room fresher, and her allergies haven’t been acting up as much.
