1. To avoid the tool from twisting due to excessive pressure, all tools are designed to rotate clockwise
2. After the tool is completed, it passes the balance test to ensure there are no issues with radial runout. To ensure that the tool does not swing or jump during use, please pay attention to selecting suitable mechanical equipment and excellent chucks.
3. It is necessary to choose a suitable size chuck. If the chuck is found to be not round enough or worn, it will cause the chuck to not grip the tool correctly. Please immediately replace the complete collet with a standard specification.
4. The installation of tool handles should comply with EU regulations. For example, the clamping depth of a 12.7mm handle diameter must reach 24mm to maintain the pressure range of the handle.
5. When the tool becomes dull, please replace it with a new one and do not continue to use it to avoid tool damage and work-related injuries.
6. When using a tool, please select a tool with a blade length greater than the length of the workpiece. For example, to mill a 12.7mm deep groove, please choose a tool with a blade length of 25.4mm and avoid using a tool with a blade length equal to or less than 12.7mm.
