Packaging was better than the average breakout board, with plenty of bubble wrap to keep things protected. Solder quality of the breakout board seems fine. I didn't find an Arduino library for this chip, but I was able to modify a library made for a Particle dev board to work with Arduino to do a quick test and the chip appears to be working. If I have any issues when I get around to working it into a larger project, I will report back.
