Needed this to make the spacer between the neck pick up ring, and the neck.I can use the rest to make other parts later.A belt sander is your friend.

Lined up perfectly with no modifications on my Gibson SG standard. If you have an Epiphone, this won't fit. It seems well made, and much less expensive than ordering one from Gibson.

This pickguard was bought by me with the understanding that I may have to modify it some, after reading other reviews I also ordered a rotary tool and screws to fasten the pickguard down. As you can see from the picture I needed to modify the bridge holes about 1/4 in to bring the plate closer to the neck. After doing that it fits perfectly. For 15 bucks I had no problem with doing that . Other than that it's a good quality stiff pickguard . My guitar now looks great and I am pleased with the results .
