This ring was a simple engagement ring that my partner and I decided on. Nothing too fancy or extravagant, but nice, simple and very beautiful. This ring met those expectations.We bought the ring in August 2022. Within three months of buying the ring, a diamond fell out. My partner took great care of the ring, taking it off for anything that may put it at risk, but the diamond fell out.Customer service said they could fix the ring for a fee, but were busy due to the holidays and asked if I could reach out to them after Christmas. I agreed, but by the time it was after Christmas, another diamond had fallen out. Same scenario. Another diamond gone. Five months and two diamonds missing.After paying the fee to have the diamonds replaced and the prongs strengthened, we got the ring back. Everything seemed to be good with the ring until month 10. Another diamond fell out. Same scenario as the two before. Customer service said they could fix it again. I haven't followed up.This ring was supposed to be something special. After losing three diamonds in less than a year, it is not.This is my experience. Yours may be better. Either way, you know about my experience with this ring.

I am so pleased with the quality of this ring. The diamonds are beautiful, the setting is very sturdy. True to size and very quick shipment. Included in the package was great information, including what to do if we had a problem, needed sizing, or lost a stone. I get compliments every day on how sparkly it is! The price was fantastic and the communication from the company wonderful. Would not hesitate to do business with this great company again.

BUYER BEWAREA stone has fallen out twice now. Have other exact ring - 3rd pic (from Pompeii, 1ct instead of 2ct) and have never had an issue.Extra careful with this type of ring, as it's small, but same issue. We can't afford NOR should we have to continuously deal with this when spending this type of money on a ring, due to workmanship.When first stone fell out, we specifically asked that ALL stones be checked to ensure they are snug within the settings.This time they haven't even answered my email!!!

Every item diamond I have gotten from the Houston Diamond District has been far better than I expected. The diamonds look awesome and sparkle so much in the sunlight. I keep ordering more rings but I make sure that I only order them from Houston Diamond District

I have had the ring for only a few months and already a diamond is missing...... I am extremely careful with this ring, no sleeping in it, washing dishes, doing housework, etc. and yet a diamond fell out already!!! I am dissapointed to say the least!
