I've never even heard of tinned copper before, I thought maybe it was a marketing term for the aluminum wire, but no this is copper wire that's just pretinned so is solders super easily. I'm really happy with this since I'm not great at soldering, this wire takes my mediocre ability and makes my joints look like I actually know what I'm doing. The casing is really tough, I wish it was a bit more flexible but I know that's a tradeoff for durability so I can live with it. Very happy with the wire.

I am making use of this excellent cable to make probes for my old dental spot welder to put nickel ribbons on rechargeable battery terminals. Very flexible and nicely made.

This is very nice wire. I'm using it for speakers stereos from my car. I like the fact that they're separate. I run them together. I just put a piece of tape where I need to and then yeah, I can easily run the wires one at a time. If it's a tight spot they're well made, there's no issues as far as quality and the sound is great. I did have to run single wires in one place. These are a little bit heavier, and that's what I wanted from my speakers. So yeah, they it worked out very well. I highly recommend these they strip good. The coatings on them are very good. I don't know about heavy amperage, but this is more than sufficient for running. Stereo speakers for sure.I'm sure they'll handle more power for sure, just not needed where I'm at with my project highly recommend them. You can't go wrong. A great deal for the money, and it's working great. They're easy to strip. So yeah, that's an easy fit for my job.Highly recommend these, they're very good.I rate m a five. Very good quality for sur

This is decent hookup wire. Flexible enough to route where it is needed. Nice heavy insulation.

One of the first things one notices about this stranded wire is the color of the conductors. Unlike standard copper conductors, which are of course copper in color, this wire is silver. It’s silver because a coating of tin covers the copper strands. While plain copper is a great conductor it is prone to corroding. The tin is a non-corrosive layer over the copper making a better conductor for more extreme environments and all the way down to less demanding applications. It also has a more rugged outer sheath/cover while still being easy to strip off.
