really appreciate your 2 in 1 hotpot. especially for Chinese / Korean style. hotpot get spicy and seafood flavors. on bbq grilling we can have all sorts of grillings.some ideas:- hotpot: shrimp with head-on, veggies, imitation crab, clams, mussels, tofu, quail eggs, fish balls.. you get the idea.- grill: well.. pretty much any protein :D. sliced rib-eye, Korean marinade short ribs, shrimp with head on (highly recommend).. anything pretty you can grill.tip: buy parchment paper that's already cut for these units (roughly 16.5" round) as shown in the photo. it's a good way to keep it easy to clean. search for "hotpot parchment paper". Just a thin layer of cooking oil on it should last the meal.Anyway, good unit, good heat control, and sorry for the sad looking photo-- we both finished towards the end of the meal, and then i realized i wanted to write a review😂
